All digital products are delivered instantly, so all sales are final, with a few fair exceptions. If anything goes wrong with your access, I will make it right.
01Digital products are final sale
The 7-Night Pattern Reset™ and its audio sessions are digital products. You receive full access the moment your purchase is complete, and you can download and keep the files. Because of this, all sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are not offered except as described below.
02Before you buy
Please read the product description carefully so you know what is included. If you have a question about whether the Reset is right for you, email me before you purchase. I am happy to help you decide.
03If something goes wrong
I want you to have everything you paid for. Please email me within 14 days of your purchase if:
- You did not receive your access email
- A file will not open, will not download, or is damaged
- You were charged twice for the same order
I will resend your files or fix the problem. If I cannot resolve a delivery problem or replace a damaged file, I will refund your purchase. Any duplicate charge will always be refunded.
04Private coaching
This policy covers digital products only. Private coaching is covered by its own agreement, which you receive before you begin.
05Questions about a charge
If you have a concern about a charge, please email me first. Most questions can be resolved quickly and personally.
Where a refund is required by law, it will be honored. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the law where you live.
