You Do Not Have to Keep Having the Same Conversation With Yourself About Alcohol.
Eight weeks of personal, Christ-centered coaching to help you understand what is keeping you stuck, renew your thinking, and begin building a different way forward.
Maybe you have promised yourself you would stop. Maybe you have made rules about when or how much you will drink. Maybe you do not drink every evening, but alcohol still occupies more of your thoughts than you want it to.
You do not have to keep figuring this out alone.
I Know What It Is Like to Want Something to Change.
For 34 years, alcohol was part of my life. It was woven into celebrations, stressful days, lonely evenings, and just about every emotion in between.
I did not drink every night. But when I was not drinking, I was often thinking about drinking. And when I was drinking, I frequently thought I should not be.
It was exhausting.
I made promises to myself. I tried setting rules. I thought I simply needed more discipline.
But eventually I realized I was not just trying to change what I did. I needed to understand what I was reaching for in the first place.
On September 23, 2023, I stopped drinking.
As God began renewing my mind, I also started learning how habits, thoughts, and repeated patterns shape our behavior. Scripture gave me a foundation, and understanding the way our brains learn helped me put new choices into practice.
Today, as a certified life coach, I have the privilege of walking alongside women who recognize themselves in that same exhausting cycle.
I was not craving alcohol. I was craving relief.
And understanding that changed the way I approached my evenings.
With grace,Carrie Kavanagh
A Personal Invitation
A Few Words From Me to You
Sometimes it helps to hear someone's story in her own words. I want you to know a little about who I am, why I do this work, and what it might look like for us to work together.
Does Any of This Sound Familiar?
You wake up determined to make a different choice, but by late afternoon you are negotiating with yourself again.
You do not necessarily drink every night, but you think about alcohol more often than you want to.
You have tried rules, breaks, and willpower, but familiar thoughts and habits keep returning.
You love God and want your choices to reflect your faith, but you are not sure how to change the pattern you have built.
If you see yourself here, private coaching may be a meaningful next step.
The Rewired by Grace™ Approach
A Personal Journey of Renewal, One Step at a Time
Over eight weeks, we will look beneath the habits that have shaped your relationship with alcohol and work toward new ways of thinking and responding.
Our work brings together Scripture, practical coaching, and an understanding of how the brain forms and changes habits.
Every woman's story is different, so our conversations and exercises will reflect your individual needs.
01
She Sees
Understand the Pattern
We begin by noticing the thoughts, emotions, routines, and circumstances that lead you toward alcohol. Awareness helps you recognize what is happening before you automatically respond.
02
She Renews
Renew Your Mind
Rooted in Romans 12:2, we examine familiar beliefs and thought patterns through the truth of Scripture. You will also learn how the brain develops habits and how new responses can be practiced.
03
She Rewires
Practice a Different Response
Together, we will develop practical ways to navigate the moments when you would ordinarily turn toward alcohol, replacing old routines with choices that better support the life you want to live.
04
She Rises
Move Forward With Intention
As you continue practicing new patterns, we will focus on carrying those changes into everyday life, strengthening your confidence, and developing a personal plan for moving forward.

Apply for Private CoachingA Few Things You May Be Wondering
Do I have to drink every night for this program to be right for me?
No. I did not drink every night either. Sometimes the struggle is as much about how often you think about alcohol as how often you drink it. Your application and our discovery call help us determine whether this kind of coaching is appropriate for you.
Do I have to complete The 7-Night Pattern Reset™ first?
No. The workbook is a self-guided starting point, while private coaching is a separate eight-week experience with personalized support. You can apply for coaching directly.
What happens after I apply?
I personally review each application. If it seems we may be a good fit, I will invite you to a complimentary discovery call. We will talk about your goals, answer your questions, and discuss what working together would look like, including the investment.
There is no payment or commitment required to apply.
What happens after the eight weeks?
The eight-week program is complete in itself. If you would benefit from additional coaching or occasional accountability, we can discuss optional ongoing sessions or biweekly check-ins toward the end of your program.
Any continued coaching is a separate arrangement.
Is private coaching the same as therapy or addiction treatment?
No. My work is faith-centered life coaching. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, or addiction treatment.
If you are physically dependent on alcohol, at risk of withdrawal, or need clinical treatment, please seek guidance from an appropriate healthcare professional. Alcohol withdrawal can be dangerous, and coaching is not a substitute for medical supervision.
You Do Not Have to Figure Out Your Next Step Alone.
I know how much courage it can take to admit that something needs to change, especially when you have been trying to manage it quietly for years.
If you are ready for personal, faith-centered support, I would love to hear your story.
I personally review every application to prayerfully consider whether working together would be a good fit.
